My Motivation for Today

I have not been blogging in a while. I have been consumed with cooking and preparations for my holidays. I have survived a month of too many opportunities to make bad food choices. I am up a few pounds, but I see them leaving pretty quickly. Then I will work on getting to a lower weight, so I have a range for weight.
I bought a real bike yesterday. I foolishly thought sure I use an exercise bike everyday. But I forgot about balancing. So I will be working on relearning to ride.
