Everyone has off days. The trick is to not let it get the best of you. Take a deep breath, accept the fact that despite all your plans it is just not going the way you intended and exhale, releasing all the negativity, control issues, and anxiety you're experiencing because of it. Purposely choose to dwell on the positive and continue on your way.
