Goals for BLC23:
1. Lose at least 15 pounds
(which is a little over 5%) shooting for 20 pounds.
I will obtain this goal by consistently reaching goals 2, 3, and 4 below.
2. Track all food
and beverages 5/7 days and stay in my calorie range set by spark people
I will obtain this goal by using the spark tracking on the computer or on my smart phone.
3. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
I will fill my water container (64 ounce container) every night and put it in the fridge for the next day.
4. Exercise 5/7 days at least 20 minutes/day.
I will participate in the TNT, WEC’s, and LCW days for BLC23 and I joined the “streakers” for extra motivation.
5. 8K Steps a day shooting for 10K a day.
I bought myself a fitbit and will learn to use it.
6. Complete an 8K on December 7th www.christmastowndash.co
I started the C25K
program to prepare for this event. I plan to jog/walk to complete this. It will be my first official “race” entered.
