I am finding more and more awesome uses for my phone. I have the Pintrest app, so I can look at my "Fitspo" board when I face temptation. If that isn't enough, I can quickly text a friend. I was very thankful for CATTUT this evening! When we had cheesecake and pizza in the office - it was really awesome to be able to reach out to her. I am so thankful!

Yeah, speaking of cheesecake and pizza in the office, I totally avoided it! I ate the food I brought with me, and steered clear of the junk. I was proud of myself. Normally, knowing that we were having this party today, I would have made a special allowance and enjoyed, however, I really wanted to get together with my BFF last night for pizza and tacos, so, I had to choose which one was more important. I decided on having dinner with him was more important. I just ate my stuff and am happy with my choice to do that.

In other news, I am a little irritated with my construction crew at the house. I was counting on them to be outside pounding and putting up siding at 7 this morning, so I didn't bother setting my alarm. They decided today to work on the vents and drains, so I wasn't woken up by them. I missed PC Fit. I was bummed! I don't know if I will be able to stay up to make a class today (Tuesday) or not. I mean, I can always rock it Wednesday, Thursday and Friday if needed, but I like to have a rest day. Regardless if I stay up for PC Fit - I am totally going to go run tomorrow. I really want to try my new Zombies Run! app. I am not exactly sure how to use it... but I think I will be able to figure it out. I am wondering though if I need a play list because I don't have any music on my phone yet.

The only thing I don't like about my phone is the front facing camera seems to be blurry? Not sure what is up with that - maybe it needs cleaned?

Anyway, I feel good in my choices today, and overall feel pretty spectacular.

I love my run keeper app! I have heard of the zombie one but haven't tried it. Well done on avoiding the pizza & cheesecake...those are my two favorite things!

Hi Courtney, I read your blog early this morning and was impressed with your willpower over the double threat of pizza AND cheesecake. Later I drew on your strength when the boss brought munchkins to work and the girls said, "ooh, pumpkin!".
If they gave sparkpoints for food not eaten, I would score 3-5 munchkins! Thanks, I owe you one!

emoticon I have a runkeeper app, it tracks my walks with a GPS and saves the data. I just read that Sparkpeople may be coming out with something similar. That would be great!

I like that you made an informed choice and chose to indulge with your friend instead of at the office or BOTH.

Congratulations on not pigging out on that pizza - that would have been tough with the wafting smell - pizza is my favourite junk food.... That's when I used to eat junk food !!! Keep up the great work!!
