Fall 5% Challenge plan

I joined a fall 5% challenge. My 5% comes to about 14 pounds.
My exercise plan is;
1). To be OUT OF MY HOUSE and either biking or walking/jogging no less than 4 days a week.
-No more excuses.
-Minimum walking distance is 1 mile.
-Minimum biking distance is 3 miles.
2). Yoga at least 2 times a week.
My eating plan is;
1). NO MORE eating sweets after dinner through bedtime! (Caramels BEGONE!)
-No ice cream
-No hard candy
2). Limiting myself to one 'treat' a day
3). Cutting my carb portions in half (my portion size has been creeping up there)
