For my 100+ Group:
Complete a marathon this month. This challenge will help us build consistency with our workouts and prove that little steps add up to big results. If you walk 1 mile per day you will complete a marathon this month!
How it works - Keep track of how far you walk each day. You can use a pedometer, SP's Fitness Maps, or a treadmill to determine your distance. You can also use indoor walking videos such as Walk Away the Pounds. Keep a running total of your distance in your posts or in the notes section of your fitness tracker. Then report back to us as soon as you've finished your marathon!
Your goal is to complete one of the following:
Half marathon (13.1 miles)
Marathon (26.2 miles) **This is what I do now. But I don't wlk on wkends. That may have to change :)
Ultra Marathon (50 miles)***** This is my GOAL!!!!
