Fall 5% Pre-Challenge Assignment 2

(btw, almost just posted my to do list for the week here instead of this)

Nutrition – Check List:
Do you know what diet you will follow?
Because of my dietary restrictions, I can’t easily follow formal diets, so I have created my own diet plan for myself, which I call “Sarah’s 3-2-1 Plan”
Each day, I will have:
3 healthy meals
2 healthy snacks
1 “allowance” – a piece of chocolate, a sugary drink, an extra healthy snack, or anything that isn’t part of my normal plan (this way I don’t have to give up anything, I just have the things that aren’t as good for me in moderation)

Do you have the food on hand to get started?
No, because I don’t do the shopping, but I will learn to recipe plan based off of what food I have in the house

Have you followed this diet before?
Just invented it, but it’s a takeoff of how I normally eat, so I should be good
