Had a really busy day, and actually didn't eat lunch until 3pm. Interestingly enough, I learned that a big lunch (which was basically veggies, lean chicken and rice) helped me to eat less at dinner.
In general, I have been eating less at night, which was a big problem for me-taking in entirely too much at night. I had this idea that I needed to eat before going to bed.
In fact, I learned that I feel much better if you don't eat at night- no acid reflux issues, and I seem to sleep more soundly (when I am not sweating to death!)
