Something I was not expecting after four weeks of holiday meals: I lost weight! And...I've finally broken into the 160's, a number I haven't achieved since 2006!
So excited, and I'm feeling so happy that I have Sparkpeople in my life to continue motivating me to pass more milestones and strive for a healthier lifestyle.
This week, my fitness goal is to add strength training into my workouts.
