Day 4 is in the books...
1.) Drinking my water; not quite enough yet but will be close by bedtime
2.) Decent day of eating
3.) Did my scheduled T25 workout (and therefore, moved for at least 10 mins!)
4.) Slept over 8 hours last night
Day 4 score: 4 (minus .5 for water, minus .5 for food choices not being clean enough)
Feeling very good about 4 days in a row of T25! WOOT WOOT!
