Cathe Friedrich's 2013 DVDs just arrived!

Monday, September 30, 2013

I'm a huge fan of Cathe's Xtrain 90 day strength training program so in March when pre-orders of her 2013 DVDs were being accepted, I jumped at the chance to save some money and get her new DVDs.

For those who think they know me, which one will I be trying out first?

So, which one did you do first? How was it?
I would do party rockin' step 1, then flex train.

Knowing me, I'd start with glutes emoticon I'm obsessed with them!
I'll guess you'd start with Legs and Abs.

Well since there's no Yoga in there I'd say Flex Train.
