Back from the brink (edge - verge - brim - border - margin - lip - side)

Ok, I've moved on from despair and obsessing and back to planning and plotting and I'm going to start to weigh in once a week on a Sunday so that I don't see too many scale fluctuations in between weigh-ins (sometimes less is more!). This idea was great advice from an SP friend! And as SP is trying to teach me through their many articles, it's not about a 'diet' it's about a 'lifestyle'.

Today is action packed - I have lots to do - and I'm feeling great and ready to tackle whatever is thrown at me today!

Thanks to all for your encouragement - I almost pressed that 'panic' button yesterday to see what would happen, but decided to blog instead - it does help to download thoughts so we can let go of them and move forward.

    I had to put my scale away and only "allow" myself to get it out once a week. I had reached a point where I was removing layers to weigh myself several times a day... it wasn't a good thing. I'm glad to hear you are feeling better today! Good luck getting everything accomplished on your list today!!!!

    I think that writing is great therapy tool. It is a great way of getting things out of your system, whereas smothering stresses with a doughnut, just feeds the angst. emoticon

    Glad you are feeling better .. It's good to blog about what's worrying you .. You get positive feed back and it's great to know you are not alone ..
Make sure you get enough sleep and try to eat as fresh and healthily as you can .. Walking is good for exercise and the fresh air will do you good ..
