Ok, I've moved on from despair and obsessing and back to planning and plotting and I'm going to start to weigh in once a week on a Sunday so that I don't see too many scale fluctuations in between weigh-ins (sometimes less is more!). This idea was great advice from an SP friend! And as SP is trying to teach me through their many articles, it's not about a 'diet' it's about a 'lifestyle'.
Today is action packed - I have lots to do - and I'm feeling great and ready to tackle whatever is thrown at me today!
Thanks to all for your encouragement - I almost pressed that 'panic' button yesterday to see what would happen, but decided to blog instead - it does help to download thoughts so we can let go of them and move forward.
