Fitness Goals:
1. Cardio for 30 min 5x per week
2. Strength Training 4x per week

Nutrition Goals:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day
2. Track everything

Longterm Health & Fitness Goals:
1. Get to a healthy BMI
2. Have an active lifestyle
3. Feel strong & energetic

Non-Fitness Goals:
1. Write 3x per week
2. Read 3x per week (from my list of books)
3. Spend time on a language 1x per week
4. Clean, de-clutter, or work on a Condo project 5x per week

Longterm Non-Fitness Goals
1. Write a novel
2. Learn to code
3. Complete Condo Reorg
