Okay - here we go.
I like the idea of a fresh start on the first of the month. I have been back taking my vitamins like I should for a few days. My doctor talked me into getting back on a very low dose of meds that I was taking. SO my journey starts again tomorrow.
I have my work out stuff ready to go - going to stop and get more fruit and veggies and change slowly but surely. Its time heck it way passed time. I weighted in at my doctor and was depressed about that number but I am the only one that can fix it. So wish me luck on staying on my path and not veering off to often or to much.
Goals - At least 6 pounds more would be great but .... at least 6
To go to the gym at least 3 times a week again more will be a plus
Take my vitamins everyday they do seem to made me feel better
And lastly try and get enough sleep.
