Dont you hate writing a blog and it disappearing? Ech. This will be short and to the point since last one I wrote totally disappeared on me!
My goals for this challenge are:
1) Stick with my raw fruits and veggies. Ive been incorporating nuts and beans in my diet but focusing on raw fruits and veggies. The most Ive gone doing this is 3-4 weeks, but my goal is for 2 months. Hard at the moment because im doing through withdrawals and im pmsing. Im a carb addict, especially when its white rice and bread, so im just removing it from my diet. I feel better without it anyway, but its so easy to just grab and go.
2) Exercise more. I want to complete P90x and Insanity!
3) Focus on me. For once Id like to just focus on me and no one else. If I cant take care of myself, then no one can. Its about time Im a little selfish!
