On my way to reaching my mini goal.

I started my mini challenge in August to loose 20 lbs by November. So far I have lost 9 lbs i did in four weeks. I did slack a lot in September. I didn't exercise as much as I should of. For October I'm palnning to go all out so that I can loose those 11 lbs to reach my goal. I know that it is possible
