Need a plan?

Check out SparkPeople's 30-Day 'Fit Food' Challenge

I don't think I've actually done a challenge before, but I want to get back into focus, and thought this would be a good place to start. The frig is already stocked with good freggies, dairy & my fav lean meats. Rather than following their suggested meal plans, I'll be doing the option (half plate of fruits & veggies).

    Well, I did sign up for this challenge although I'm not 100% positive about how it will go for me due to busy days ahead.

I like the "plate" option a bit better too. Some of their meals sound good to me, but some of the others I'm thinking not. Also, I am not a lunch eater, but I do like an afternoon snack emoticon

I also do the 5% Challenge. Have you ever heard of that one Cathy? It is a lot of fun.
