Leap Into Fall Fitness Challenge Blog

Goals:

1. Cardio - at least 3 days a week
Strength training - at least twice a week
2. Lose 5 lbs a month.
3. Keep my homework and studies under control
4. Spend more time with my daughter
5. Learn to de-stress
6. Spend more me time

Starting small, adjusting to my new routine for this semester!

Let's do this!!!

It's great that learning to de-stress is one of your goals - that will be so important with schoolwork. Find something that works for you and make time for it - it will help you to not become overwhelmed plus it should help you to be able to have the mental power to get the schoolwork done.

    These are great goals! They're realistic given what looks like a heavy work/study/homelife load. I LOVE that not all your goals are fitness related - they relate to mental and emotional wellness as well! Sometimes, people can forget that busting stress is a big part of being healthy, too!

    Those are great goals!!! What are you going to school for? I know it's tough I'm going to school for nursing and have 2 boys! Starting small is the best don't want to set to many and over do yourself!! Good luck and keep pushing!!!
