This past month has taught me a lot about my eating habits, both good and bad. I've been so focused on keeping the fat grams down that I only just realized my carb intake is a wee bit too high.
I'm a carb junkie
Every morning I have steel cut oats with a banana and some honey, and I've been doing Subway both for nutritional and financial reasons for lunch and dinner. ($5.40 for a roasted chicken sub? Awesome!) Yet I definitely have to get the carbs down.
Kashi has been my go-to snack of choice. Any other Sparkers have tips for easy ways to cut down my carb intake?
