So far I'm in week 9 of my pregnancy. I've been extremely tired and have had morning sickness. Lately the only thing I can stand to eat is crackers so I tend to eat a lot of those. I have been working out but not always as much as I should. I have to make sure I workout in the morning or the afternoon because if I don't there is no way I have the energy at night. As of this morning I have gained 3.4 pounds since I have found out I was pregnant which I'm not happy about. This week I'm going to work on getting my minimum of 30 minutes of exercise in every day and focus on eating healthier foods then just crackers.
