I ate one thing the entire day. Two cups of a rice quinoa blend from Costco that is heated in the microwave. This is my problem. It's not that I eat too much it's that I ate too much in the past and now when I spend whole days not eating my body just holds onto everything!
I just do not get hungry. If I did I wouldn't skip meals. Well there's nothing I can do about it now but start over and try to do better.
