A Most Excellent Morning

Stepped out of the house at 4:45 this morning. The sun was no where to be seen but the little bitty crescent moon kept an eye on thins for me while I slept. The stars were bright and the fall temperatures just asked for a sweatshirt and did not demand one.
Ponies were fed relatively quickly and I made it back to the house in time to squeeze in a 20min workout on the elliptical before I needed to wake my daughter up for school. Thanks to the Kindle app on my tablet, the time went really quickly and I had a nice sweat going by the time I had to wake her up to get her dressed.
My daughter and I sat together and ate breakfast together while discussing our plans for the next couple of weeks (camping!) as well as the occurrences of this past weekend - fair, Girl's In Sports at the YMCA, more fair. We're discussing making it to a Zumba class together. Could be a lot of fun.
7 am rolled around far too quickly and then it was off to the bus stop. Made it with time to spare! Whew! Back home and ready to settle into my Bible. I'd say that was a great way to start the day!
