As we start a week and end a month, I have a day to myself...to gather my thoughts and take care of me. For the rest of this week, it will be just me, Miss A and my boyfriend's 16 year old at home. The positives include getting to prepare healthy foods that he won't eat and having some time alone for me in the evenings. The negatives are the potential conflicts with scheduling and emotions (it's been a rough patch the last 6 weeks or so with the teenager). Here's hoping it goes smoothly.
Lessons learned from last week:
~I can't jump into my old workout schedule...I've lost too much and my muscles need time to adjust and catch up.
~I need to track my food. It holds me accountable.
~I need to speak up for myself more, especially when there are schedules to keep.
~I need to schedule in things that are a priority (SP)
Goals for tomorrow (and today):
~drink 64+ oz water
~30-45 minute run (30 min kickbixing today)
~set SP daily goals (done)
~in bed by 10
