Like I pondered in yesterday evening's blog entry, I wonder what will change and what WILL NOT change about me once I lose this weight. Will I gain interest in things that aren't sitting activities or will I still prefer reading, crafts, and messing around on the computer? Will I have less compassion for my friend who refuses to do anything about her weight and food addiction since I've worked so hard and know it can be done? Will I sleep better (even though I don't have sleep apnea)?
I've got a lot to lose -- almost 100 lbs. When it's gone, it will be noticeable and I know things will be different in some ways. I'd love to hear from those who lost a lot of weight. What changed for you and what didn't?
