Day 309...sprint to 365

Wow - I'm just around the corner from my 1 year anniversary. This means I have just under 2 months to increase my intensity and get off three more pounds to push me into the next -10 lbs phase. It hasn't been too hard to maintain that exercise minimum but its so much better when I do the exercise first thing in the morning. Then, at the end of the day when I'm tired, I remember that I already DID exercise. What a great feeling. An even better feeling is fact that I can get back into some of my old clothes. I just tried on a bunch of clothes and a few of the skirts I wore last winter were way too big.
I also love the feeling of spreading "the spark". When people ask me if I've lost weight and how I just hand them a SP business card (I printed them off per directions here) with my name on them and tell them its FREE and that exercising 10 minutes a day has changed my life.
