Take a week off.
I did that, maybe a little more. I continued on the path, more or less. I'm still trying to configure a decent level of carbs for my body- going low carb seems to prompt some acne on my body, not an unusual event- in itself, but the rate is a bit surprising. I'll be taking measures to find a balance, at least something to reduce the acne flares.
The important thing is that I am not giving up. I might not be the most active SparkPerson, but I'm doing this shed for myself- that's the point of using this program. I'm using the site more than the actual SP Program- it's a source of inspiration, sure, but I need the practical elements more than the motivation. I like the team stuff, I just prefer to put my focus on the things that help me, personally- the food and fitness trackers in particular.
So, I'm back on the site, I'm going to weigh in (Last weigh in was 260-261- weighing twice in the week, again.) I'll do what I can to keep up with the teams, but I'm focusing on my own needs, mostly. I appreciated your support, patience and encouragement. Thank you
