goals for today

1. drink 3 of my 32 ounce bottles of water
2. eat 5 veggies
3. eat one fruit.
4. Trust God in it all.
I was noticing today...........
that my jeans slip on right out of the dryer
that I can move easier
I am more flexible
Yesterday as all the other Grandparents and parents sat and snacked on pizza......... I was over in the playground area playing with the children. I helped the bigger ones ( two 6 and an 8 year old ) ride the "zip-line". I played house with the little ones...( a 3 year old..two 2 year olds). I had more fun than they did and kept on moving.
God is good.
