Wow.. walked 2+ miles on Saturday....
Helped take care of some of my granddaughters..
and... ate mostly healthily too.. whoo hoo!!
So.. expecting a weight loss soon when I get on the scale..
I even have been drinking more water.. up to 4 glasses a day..
bought a Brita water jug.. since bottles are too hard to carry upstairs for me..so I am hoping that will help me get on my goal of more water too!
Didn't do Wii Fit Plus while I was not home either.. but spending time with my granddaughter trumps that any day!!
SO.. mostly awesome!! :)
