i think the flu found our house.
,but it didn't keep me from my workout.
I have used my mange trainer everyday since I got it. 1 hour with my legs today. Been using it with my legs more ,but I need to use my arms tomorrow.
Homemade chicken noodle soup today for dinner it was good , I made it with leftovers from roasted chicken dinner yesterday.
Hubby is sick to and called off work tonight , Dani isn't feeling well either ,Thank goodness she don't have school tomorrow.

  I hope the flu moves on very quickly from your house. Kudos to you for exercising even when you are under the weather. Since April 2012, I have only missed two days of working out and both times were due to the flu! Take care!
