Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Outdoor running (Cardio) Tues/Thurs/Sun 30-40 minutes
Cardio walking Monday/Wednesday/Friday 30 minutes
Cardio walking Saturday 20 minutes

Check points:

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go?
Gym clothes – pants are in my bottom drawer, sports bras are coming out of the wash soon, t-shirts are in my t-shirt drawer
Fitbit is charging up right now, but will always be ready to go before a workout
I use my water bottle for everything, but I always fill it up before a workout (it actually does need to be washed so that it’s ready for tomorrow)

What is your exercise plan?
Starting Tuesday, October 15th, running 3x per week, outdoors. If for some reason I can’t run outdoors (weather, etc), I will either run on the treadmill either for an extra 5-10 minutes or at a small incline (I don’t do inclines out of fear of what they will do to my knees).
Since I’m just restarting running after a few years off, I will be using the SparkPeople 8-week Rookie Running Program (I tried it once before, but couldn’t stick to it).
On days when I don’t run, I will walk either outside or on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes total. (Except Saturdays, when it will most likely only be about 20 minutes)
