Leslie's Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
1. Cardio Walk exercise class 30 min to and 30 from Mondays
exercise Monday if no conflict.
2. Dvd 3 x a week 1 mile to 5 miles
3. strength dvd or gym 1-2 x a week
water aerobics may start
4. Walks 30 minutes daily.
chair exercise in between
My plan is to get started and stay consistent
. also to learn to enjoy it. I am hoping to find others to exercise with as I hate going alone.m
