emoticon ~ journal thoughts and feelings, at least 3 pages
emoticon ~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack today
emoticon ~ take a walk after dinner

emoticonLunch Walk/Jog = 30 min emoticon I don't know why I let my friend talk me out of this walk ~ we both could have used it to help us get out of our funk but I went down her road of bummers-ville instead.
emoticon1 mile = 16:16 (9:23 min) emoticon this was a little disappointing because I felt pretty good ~ stayed with 5, 5.5, & 6 most of the time ~ so how did I get a 9:23 minute mile a while back. Weird.
