Reference letters and other woes

Sunday, September 29, 2013

Well About a week ago I heard from the school I applied at part time as I still have to "work" (some days it feels more like indentured slavery) and they informed me that they needed a letter of reference from my boss as its been more than 5 ears since I went to school (OF course they decided to ignore 2 of the three post secondary courses I took as they supposedly were not accredited even thought they ARE) . Needless to say my boob of a boss writes a TOTALLY stupid letter (of course he could not be bothered to ask me for input or any sort of clarification etc) needless to say he manages to make a TOTAL PIG'S A** out of it totally ignoring any thing I did prior to being in his employ and NOT even mentioning my field and painted me as being only fit to be an IDIOT and a JOE-BOY OF course he wouldn't show it to me until he sent it as if doing what I am doing right now was the PINNACLE of the male working world . WHAT AN IDIOT. I am looking at a clerical job at work . It pays nearly as well and will get me out from under him. Trouble is its shift work.

I am so sorry to read this. People should not write letters unless they can do a serious and thorough job.

Sounds like he was just being a turd. Hopefully what goes around come around. I hope you can find something more suitable. This job is sucking the life out of you.
