I've been gone, because I have been sick on and off for about 3 weeks. I finally had enough of that today. I don't know what the deal is, but I cannot put my goals on hold for sickness, it's a slippery slope. So, I am back to tracking and walking and I am doing Leap into Fall Fitness Challenge. I pretty much skipped all the challenges last week. I know it sounds a little crazy but sitting around trying to feel better isn't working, trying something new. Good news is I didn't gain back very much.

I did some squats today.



He thought that was pretty fun :)

So, here's to feeling better tomorrow.

    Baby presses are also a good upper body workout. Lay on your back and hold him with your arms extended upward. Lower him down toward your body, then push him back up till your arms are straight again. You can bring him down toward your face and kiss his little cuteness too.

The beauty of working out with your baby is that the weight naturally increases and you hardly notice it at all.

    I hope getting back at it does help you. In the least, it'll help you feel better about yourself. It takes a lot of determination to live a healthy lifestyle, and it takes even MORE determination to continue it when you're sick. But we both know you have a lot of willpower, so you can definitely do this. emoticon emoticon
