Road to Consistency (RTC) Days 2 & 3

For the next 30 days, I'm going to:
1.) Follow healthy rules consistently for a better me
2.) Score each day based on "healthy" choices that includes water consumption, moving for at least 10 mins, follow and finish the T25 Beta program, sleeping 7 hours/night, and making better food choices. This is not about perfection (after all, being healthy should not be an all or nothing adventure) so 1 point in each category for full effort. Max points/day = 5 points.
3.) Be proud of myself and remind myself that I'm worth it

Days 2 & 3 Summary:
Both yesterday and today are going quite well. I forget how much I like a plan and routine. If I know what I want to do during the day, it goes so much better for me as I can work it into the day, instead of just letting it slip by.

1.) I got 8 hours of sleep last night emoticon
2.) I drank maybe 1/2 the water that I should be yesterday emoticon but I'm meeting the water goal today! emoticon
3.) I completed my T25 workout both days (and got min of 10 mins in)! emoticon
4.) I did ok with eating yesterday and doing awesome today emoticon

On top of it, I was able to get my crabby 7 year old to go on a walk with me to enjoy this beautiful weather. She told me that she felt much better afterwards! YES!!

Day 2 Score: 3.5 (Minus .5 for water and minus 1 for food choices)
Day 3 Score: 5!

I'm feeling good about 3 days of consistency. 27 more days to go and I hope that will be more than sufficient to have me fully back on track.
