Exercised to "Sweating to the Oldies" today...although it was more like walking to the Oldies! *LOL* It's almost impossible to "dance" on the carpet. So I did a few of the moves, but mostly walked. Hey, it works for me! I may try it without shoes, but I'm pretty sure I need the foot support.
Anyway, time for some resistant band work to do as I wait for my washer to get done. Now this is multi-tasking I can do!
