New week, new month, new plan

Ok, back to my old plan, nothing really new here, just posting to stay on track.

1. Eat South Beach Style emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

2. 1300-1400 emoticon calories/day 5 days/week
3. With 1-2 higher calorie emoticon emoticon days/week to keep metabolism up
4. Daily coconut drink emoticon

Workouts:

Walk emoticon or Kathy Smith emoticon hi/Lo MWF 500 calories burned, long slow burn + Yoga emoticon at least 20 min.
Cathe Friedrich emoticon or Jillian emoticon emoticon Micheals Tuesday/Saturday

I had a rough week. I burned my thumb emoticon with steam, I sliced my finger emoticon with a cardboard box (ouchie.) and it was emoticon ttotm.

I did go for two hikes, one belly dancing workout, and an hour of yoga. I felt pretty good about the whole thing. I am eating at home a lot more than I am eating out.

I plan to weigh emoticon in everyday for the next three weeks.

    You certainly keep busy! Good for you not eating out as much. Save money and calories.

    I hope this week does better. I seemed to injure myself a lot last week too. Good luck with your plan. I am doing better too especially on the exercise part.
