starting the couch to 5 k

today I did the second couch to 5 k workout. Only had a short time so I didn't do 30 minutes then, but I got back out in the afternoon to accompany my daughter for fundraising. I didn't drive her house to house, I walked her. I'm at 10,000 something steps and it's only 4 something. For some reason I'm feeling hungry. Not appetite or wanting to eat because I'm emotional. Just normal hungry. Feeling good! emoticon

    emoticon on starting the Couch to 5K program! I've heard of it but usually follow the Galloway method (with walking and running). Good luck to you and great job on getting those steps in! emoticon
