today I did the second couch to 5 k workout. Only had a short time so I didn't do 30 minutes then, but I got back out in the afternoon to accompany my daughter for fundraising. I didn't drive her house to house, I walked her. I'm at 10,000 something steps and it's only 4 something. For some reason I'm feeling hungry. Not appetite or wanting to eat because I'm emotional. Just normal hungry. Feeling good!
