Yesterday I sat down and checked out my regular calories for my daily meals. I have good food choices. I am just running into some other problems. like not working out and making excuses for it. I have a job at a call center so there in little to NO movement! doesn't help me. So after seeing what my daily food equals out to I looked to see what calories I would burn for my easy workouts. also for miles at different inclines. I plan to start out slow as if I am new at this. I haven't really worked out since January. Mainly due to surgery in February. moving for a job in March. moving my family in April and living in a hotel for 3 weeks. moving into a place in may. then there was getting everyone settled just in time for summer. now that kids are back in school and I have let myself go it is time to get back in the game. I went and bought new running shoes. I plan on finding a 5k to train for and setting up rewards like I did before. So this is day one 211 lbs and up 2 sizes! My 1st reward is going to be getting my hair done for my 1st 5lbs.
