New Year's Day Challenge 93 Days Left

So this will be my first blog since I stared the challenge on the 19th that was one of the things that I want to change. Blogging seems so foreign to me.

I have increased my steps daily emoticon and getting better at tracking.

Yesterday skipped Jazzercise.. Started a roast in crockpot and hubby and I put in concrete walkway from house to garage. Not as much cardio but it was a workout. Up and down, lifting buckets of concrete, buckets of water and the bags of concrete. I was wiped out 3 hours later. Afterwards showered and rested then we had dinner in back yard at picnic table, hubby started a fire in pit and we stayed out there til 11 pm. We had a couple frozen margartia's.
