Woohoo! September is almost done, and I am ready to "ROCKTOBER!" I've got a plan, and I'm going to work hard to see it through! I know I am worth my very best effort, and I'm going to show it!
My plan for Rocktober;
1. I will eat as healthy as possible. This means cutting down on processed food as much as I can. I will eat healthy, real food. I will prepare my own meals instead of relying on frozen ones.
2. I will weigh and measure my portions.
3. I will do my best to move more, and sit less!
4. I will workout every day, with one rest day per week. My workouts for the month will be the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and DDP Yoga. In addition, I will go for a nice long walk at least 3x a week.
There are 3 months left in 2013. I'm not completely happy with the progress I've made so far this year. I lost 71 lbs last year, but I haven't lost any weight this year. I'm proud of the fact that I've been maintaining, but I want to be a big old loser again! I'm only halfway to my goal, so I can't stop now. Its time to work hard and start kicking those pounds to the curb again. I know I can do it!
There are 93 days left until New Years Day! I'm going to make the most of them!
