Woohoo! September is almost done, and I am ready to "ROCKTOBER!" I've got a plan, and I'm going to work hard to see it through! I know I am worth my very best effort, and I'm going to show it!

My plan for Rocktober;

1. I will eat as healthy as possible. This means cutting down on processed food as much as I can. I will eat healthy, real food. I will prepare my own meals instead of relying on frozen ones.



2. I will weigh and measure my portions.




3. I will do my best to move more, and sit less!



4. I will workout every day, with one rest day per week. My workouts for the month will be the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and DDP Yoga. In addition, I will go for a nice long walk at least 3x a week.



There are 3 months left in 2013. I'm not completely happy with the progress I've made so far this year. I lost 71 lbs last year, but I haven't lost any weight this year. I'm proud of the fact that I've been maintaining, but I want to be a big old loser again! I'm only halfway to my goal, so I can't stop now. Its time to work hard and start kicking those pounds to the curb again. I know I can do it!

There are 93 days left until New Years Day! I'm going to make the most of them!

    Keep going, Pixie! You are such an inspiration to us all.
You will get to your goals!!!
I sometimes feel like how you were feeling this weekend, but I think about you....." Pixie " and how far you have come and you are my inspiration.
You can't give up, you would feel terrible if you did. Think of how far you have come and all the good things you say to encourage me an others.

    You can do it. I lost half of y goal and stalled for 9 months and by keeping up my food and exercise plan, I started to lost again slower but I know I am healthy and this is a great victory for me

    You can do it! Stay motivated, don't forget to drink lots and lots of water too!! I find 10,000 steps goal and a pedometer really helps too!!
