I am going to try something different. Excercise doesn't appeal to me. At all. My knees hurt doing many things, I work two jobs and am tired from that so exercise really doesn't appeal to me at all. So I am going to try a jumpstart from another angle. I am going on the progresso soup diet for a week to see what happens. The soup is filling and tasty, it will severely limit my calories but still give me a meal and I will be supplementing with fruits and veggies and a few simple carbs. I am so close to the 100s that this same 5 pound yo yo is making me nuts. Hopefully by getting myself down to 199 by next week will give me the kick I want to get back on the fitness train. We will see, my track record is not strong, but hope springs eternal.
