Most of what is going through my head is on the negative side. This has been a tough year to maintain a positive outlook. In an effort to keep at it though, I will highlight some of the good things that took place over the past week.
1. In spite of a slow start, the kid and I managed to raise $260 for the Autism walk that took place yesterday. The goal for this one was $250. I'm hoping for similar magic for the food allergy walk that takes place a week from today. I've raise $0.00 towards my $300 goal.
2. My eating has been all over the place this week, but nothing horrible. I do need to get back on track though.
3. I've worked out every day. I did 20 minute "Mari-Windsor-is-trying-to-kil
l-me" workout 3x. I did my usual gym routine 3x, and managed a 21 minute quick walk today. Not bad particularly when there have been a lot of legitimate reasons I could have skipped several of them.
I'm attaching a link to the food allergy walk - just in case anyone wants to donate. My company (thru Friday at noon EST) matches the funds $.50 to the dollar, so a $1.00 pledge is actually a $1.50 pledge. www.foodallergywalk.org/
