Being home and sort of stressed/manic made for weird and/or bad choices at times.

Personal Challenges:

B1: 1/2 (Sigh. better than 0...)

Not my best day. I drank very little water, ate few veggies and lots of random crap, so no surprise, I felt like crap.

That was Friday.
Saturday, we walked to the farm (~3 miles round trip) but then I got overzealous with errands and ended up not cooking. I ate healthy at the diner, but still. This is where the whole "menu" thing never works out for me - I still haven't cooked the dinner I planned for THURSDAY night.

So yeah. I was manic about wanting to Do Stuff and Have Fun on my precious little weekend time so shopping was not what I felt like doing. Then I wasn't home to cook my farmstand veggies, so I ate very little veggies over the weekend. This leads to low fiber, difficulty sticking with eating well, and general crankiness. Working on it.

For the personal challenges... the "A" one is intermittent fasting I've been trying out. I'm thinking of switching to a different type of IF for October, so this was an interesting test. Will be thinking on it.

This morning's run was awesome yet horrible, but that more properly belongs in tomorrow's update.

    I have no luck planning either I try and try and it just doesn't happen.

    I've never had much luck with having a planned menu either, when my beau and I lived alone we had a general idea of what protein we were having each night of the week, but outside of that it was a bit chaotic.

It seems like its so hard to keep things in balance when you have so little free time (or in my case, too much!) and your plate has been so full lately! Just keep at it and you will find the balance.
