Moderation has been an elusive goal for many years for me.
I will strive for moderation with my diet by making healthy food choices and giving less nutritional treats a right-sized place in my meal plan.
I will strive for moderation with exercise by diversifying work outs so I get a balance of strength, stretching and cardio rather than chasing the cardio high that is so hard on my joints
I will strive for moderation with my housekeeping, trying to make steady progress without feeling overwhelmed, and leaving time to recharge my batteries
