Your suggestions are definitely helping me. Just knowing that people are making this manageable is very supportive. I am trying to stop my cravings for dairy things. I think my cravings for crusty, bready, muffiny things has decreased. But I am still seeking out cheeses and ice cream. I found healthy ways to have chocolate: Vitalicious muffin tops and using cocoa even in green smoothies.
I am less hungry in general--but this is not enough to stop my between meal eating. That is such an age-old way of life that I will have to work harder at it. Eating at the table is the best technique right now.
My weight is approaching the lower end of recent history. Yeah! It is really discouraging when it creeps up to the higher end. Heaven forbid it going past that!
