Life just won't let up

Saturday, September 28, 2013

So it's been awhile since I've logged into my sparkpeople account and today I decided that I really need the support that I receive on here. I'm in the middle of a storm in my life right now everything and anything is going wrong. I'm trying to stay optimist and keep reminding myself that God has a reason for everything you're going through, but sometimes I just want the insanity to stop. I'm currently in the middle of an ugly custody battle and it breaks my heart that the context of it is not even about the well being of my child it's about a person's greediness and need for control. I'm also struggling in my finances, but God blessed hubby with a new job so were working that one out. School is going well just my internship to go and I'm done....for now! I'm still working hard on my health goals I'm in the last week of my 5K training and have a race lined up for the end of this month and in June. The only hiccup is that I pulled a muscle in the top of my foot and can't train for a few days. :( Thanks for letting me vent and I love and appreciate all of you so very much!

emoticon back! As the saying goes, if you aren't in a storm, you either just came out of one, or you are headed towards one. It may sound pessimistic, but truly, it's just life. Things happen. Things you'd rather not happen, happen. The key to maintaining your sanity lies in how you think about your challenges and walking with the Lord, God. He will never leave you nor forsake you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Sorry about the stresses and storms coming against you. I know how that can be as my life seems to be filled with obstacles as well.

We have to keep praying and trusting God!

Know that good things are coming your way!
