I got the new tracker and it is working better on some days than others or the water aerobics are more vigerous with some instructors than others. It seems to be when we walk across the bigger pool than when we do exercises in a smaller pool that are not walking based.
Treading water and doing suspendid water exercises . I have a feeling that it is a tool that will be of use to me in choosing who to pick for a trainer and which classes to take.
So the adventure begins.
