I just do int know what to say

I got the new tracker and it is working better on some days than others or the water aerobics are more vigerous with some instructors than others. It seems to be when we walk across the bigger pool than when we do exercises in a smaller pool that are not walking based.
Treading water and doing suspendid water exercises . I have a feeling that it is a tool that will be of use to me in choosing who to pick for a trainer and which classes to take.
So the adventure begins.

Most the time the first class is free

I haven't figured out the answer to the pool, either. It only seems to register when your feet touch bottom. If I do deep water work or swimming, nothing. But that doesn't mean those activities aren't good for you. As I understand it, treading deep water burns the most calories. And that's what we're looking for really, not just points on a machine.

Though I wish it would register all my pool activity as a workout, TOO!!
I've posted a question about this on the team page. Maybe we'll get some help there.

Spark has some articles about picking trainers.
It's good to have variation in your workout anyway. Keep it fun! emoticon
