Okay I am working this and I've lost 3.2 lbs in two weeks, which I am extremely happy with, but...I need to get my nutrition under control. I have some medical conditions that state I am supposed to have a high fiber diet, which I don't think I'm getting and on my daily intakes my carbs are always too high and my protein too low, which I know is contributing a lot to my tiredness. Can I get some quick, easy protein tricks? Also...yep one more thing. I don't know how to create the scale bar that has your start weight, your current weight and your goal weight. Can someone tell me how to do that. I am still not doing too good on the exercise either, but I am trying to work on that. Long way to go, but baby steps are good.
