busy day, finally getting to yesterday's stuff!
calories yesterday: 1500
exercise yesterday: walk to and from school. I keep saying that, it's about 15 minutes each way, brisker on the way home without dawdling children :) I'd say that at my new level of fitness it's a bare minimum thing, but I used to do nothing at all so...it's good! It's worth about 150 calories burned which is better than zero :)
